General FAQs
Frozen crust is raw and requires baking. We recommend keeping our crust frozen until ready to fill and bake on a sheet pan at 350 degrees. For blind baking, we recommend lining our frozen crust with a parchment round and filling with pie weights or dried beans or rice. Bake for 24 minutes, then remove the parchment or pie weights and bake for an additional 12 minutes. Call our store with any questions or concerns.
