Our pies can adequately serve six to eight people.

We offer a baker's selection of whole pies each day at the pie shop for walk-in purchases first come, first served. If there is a certain flavor you're wanting, we recommend pre-ordering online. We cannot guarantee any flavor without a pre-order.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Bring quiche to room temperature while oven preheats. Cover quiche with foil if crust is already dark golden brown. Heat in oven for 20-25 minutes or until inside temperature of quiche reaches 165°F. Remove from foil and serve. Microwave heating not recommended!

Ready to Eat: Preheat oven to 350°F. Bring pot pie to room temperature while oven preheats. Cover pot pie with foil if crust is already dark golden brown. Heat in oven for 30-35 minutes or until inside temperature of quiche reaches 165°F. Remove from foil and serve. Microwave heating not recommended!

Frozen, uncooked: Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat in oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until inside temperature of quiche reaches 165°F. Microwave heating not recommended!

At this time, we do not offer delivery and do not partner with any food delivery services.

We do not offer shipping for our pies. Currently, our pies are only available for pick up at the pie shop.

Our pie crust is made with butter and lard, so none of our pies are dairy free. The only gluten-free products we serve are soups and salads. All sweet pies are made with real sugar, so none of our pies are sugar free.

We recommend key lime, lemon meringue, black bottom banana, and banana cream be refrigerated up to two days. All other pies can be refrigerated up to five days.

We recommend our pies be refrigerated and not kept at room temperature.

We always recommend eating our pies fresh. However peanut butter pie and pecan pie may be frozen.

Yes! Please call the pie shop to visit with one of our staff members about having Railyard Pie Company at your upcoming event.

Gift cards are available to purchase in our pie shop. We currently cannot accept gift card payments on our online ordering system. However, you can call our store to place a pie order and pay with your gift card.
